5 tips to help you work more effectively in Microsoft 365
1. Keep track of your data with Microsoft ToDo
Forget shopping lists and post-it notes on your computer screen. Microsoft ToDo is a really smart app that helps you keep track of your tasks, whether you're at work or at home. at home. In the intuitive interface, you can star important tasks, add files and notes, share files with colleagues.share files with colleagues, set due dates and much more.
ToDo is different from similar reminder apps i in that it's connected to the rest of your Microsoft 365 environment. For example, you can have tasks assigned to you from Planner or automatically add flagged email messages in Outlook as tasks.

2. Record video meetings and share them in Microsoft Stream
Recording calls and video meetings in Teams is a great feature whether you need to go back and refresh your memory or if a colleague who has been absent needs to catch up. What you record ends up automatically in Microsoft Streamwhich is Microsoft's corporate video service. 3. Work smart with notifications and alerts in Teams
Teams is a great app that helps us to keep up with what's going on in the companybut Teams can also become stressful with all their notifications that clamor for attention during the workday. What many people don't know is that there is a notification settings panel where, at a detailed level, you can can set when and how you receive your notifications. For example, did you know that you can monitor a colleague's status or that there's a "do not disturb" mode that only lets through messages that are that are urgent or sent from priority contacts?

4. Collaborating with files in Microsoft Teams
Certainlye that you and your colleagues can collaborate on your documents directly in Microsoft Teams? Select the file you want to collaborate on and choose to edit it in Teams. In the document editor, you can invite colleagues to work on the document and exchange ideas in the associated chat. 5. Conduct surveys, tests and polls with Microsoft Forms
A useful app that surprisingly few people know about is Microsoft Forms. Forms allows you to conduct surveys, tests and polls both internally and externally. The polls can be used, for example, to measure customer and staff satisfaction, improve products, organize company events or create knowledge tests after internal training sessions.
The forms are created directly in the cloud-based app. The forms can be designed almost any way you want and by changing the color or creating your own themes you can give them a personal touch. When the responses start coming in, you get a clear overview of how the respondents have answered. You can also choose to download all responses into an Excel file for further processing.
