Contact usWe started in the "cloud" in 2013 as WeSafe IT and have since then helped over 400 customers all over Sweden with their development in Microsoft's cloud services. Today we are 40 employees with an office in Malmö.
Since 2023, we are known as Upheads and have offices in Bergen, Drammen, Haugesund, Oslo, Sandefjord, Sandes and Trondheim.

Upheads got its name when Netpower Consulting was split from Netpower in February 2014, but its IT roots go all the way back to 2000, when Netpower was founded. With that, we have over 20 years of experience in operating IT solutions.
We have a close collaboration with Microsoft that gives us direct access to support and business resources, which you as a customer will benefit from. We have also won Microsoft's global partner award Modern Workplace for SMB and Partner Award in Sweden.
We are certified with ISO 27 001 Information Security Management System and ISO 20000 IT Service Management. This ensures the quality of our services and also sets high standards for documentation, systems and physical security, with an annual audit.
All our consultants have certified skills and receive continuous training. We also have an approved apprenticeship in IT operations and take on new apprentices every year to strengthen our environment.
We have had the honor of winning the Microsoft Partner award both in Sweden and internationally, in competition with thousands of partners worldwide. For us, with our strong focus on Microsoft's cloud services, there are few awards that mean more than being named Partner of the Year by Microsoft themselves.
