WeSafe IT invited to "One Microsoft Place" in Dublin

WeSafe's CEO Peter Fritzon visited Microsoft in Ireland, here he tells us more!

I had the great pleasure of visiting the Swedish sales team at the new "One Microsoft Place" office in Dublin. An impressive building that accommodates over 2,000 employees from 71 different nationalities.

I was given the opportunity to present WeSafe IT and our services to the Swedish sales team and I was met by a young team who are passionate about their work and who showed great commitment and interest in what I had to say. It was inspiring to see so many young people showing such willingness and determination. The feeling was that Microsoft's mission, "To empower every person and organization to do and achieve more", was in the walls and permeated the entire team.

Meeting these young and inquisitive salespeople made me realize the opportunities they actually have. The rapid development of cloud services and the rise of digitalization have changed the playing field. Much of the advantage has been erased. The services are new to everyone, which provides completely different opportunities for young ambitious people, boys and girls, to quickly absorb new knowledge and become attractive in the labor market. It can even be an advantage not to have the baggage of an old mindset that can make it more difficult to adopt new technologies.

We at WeSafe IT have seen a great advantage in not having a heritage to consider, as we are "born in the cloud". This has meant that our entire organization is built around the new type of services, which makes it easier for us to adapt to new technologies.

The team has fantastic mentors in Tanja Bundi, Johan Åsberg, Wilhelm Strömberg, Ebba Randing Heyman, Per Cedell, Peder Hansen and Oscar Kjellberg who support and guide them in their work. I look forward to getting to know everyone a little better through many joint business processes in the future.
