The agreement gives you a structured and systematic way to manage your processes and data according to best practices. Under the agreement, we ensure that your apps and processes are are optimized and updated in line with the development of the platform and new releases. This allows you to feel confident that your apps and processes work and provide a positive user experience at all times.
We also set up monitoring and surveillance of your processes in Power Automate to ensure that all processes run as they should and you do not risk losing data. In the event of an alarm about a broken process, we act to restore full functionality as soon as possible. To further reduce the risk of interruptions, we conduct a proactive "health check" once a month to ensure that monitoring processes and alarms follow established routines. We also maintain a documentation of your apps, flows and processes to ensure structure.
