In the role of Tech Lead Network, you will have overall responsibility for our network services in Sweden. You will coordinate resources, participate in presales, follow up on deliveries, and ensure that our services maintain high quality over time. This role is suitable for you if you want to keep everything together, take ownership, and create order in both customer assignments and service offerings.
About the roles
As Tech Lead Network, you are responsible for ensuring that our network services work in practice. You are the link between the network team, sales, delivery, and customers, and you make sure that the right resources are in the right place at the right time.
The role is not a managerial one, but rather a technical and operational leadership role with a focus on structure, responsibility, and quality. You are involved in the business early on, follow up on deliveries, and step in when troubleshooting or incidents arise, without necessarily being the one who does everything yourself.
In addition, you are the service owner for all network services in Sweden, with responsibility for content, quality, and further development.
Who are you?
You have worked for several years in networking or IT infrastructure and have a good understanding of how network services are delivered in customer environments.
We see that you:
- Experience coordinating technical resources or deliveries.
- Confident in dialogue with technicians, sales staff, and customers.
- Have worked with troubleshooting and incident management, even if you don't always solve everything yourself.
- Has a basic to good technical understanding of network services.
You don't need to be a deep specialist, but you understand:
- How networks are structured
- What consequences technical choices have in operation
- When something needs to be escalated or reprioritized
Experience with network platforms such as Fortigate and Aruba is relevant for understanding our services. Experience with Clavister, Zyxel, or similar is an advantage.

- Structured and responsible

- Accustomed to taking ownership rather than pointing the finger

Job description in brief
Coordination and delivery
- Coordinate resources and ensure proper staffing for network deliveries.
- Plan, follow up, and manage ongoing customer assignments.
- Ensure structure, quality, and pace in deliveries.
Presale and customer dialogue
- Participate in presales and early dialogue with customers.
- Ensure that solutions are realistic to deliver and manage.
Troubleshooting and incidents
- Provide support during incidents and more complex troubleshooting.
- Assist with prioritization, analysis, and escalation.
- Ensure that lessons learned are passed on after incidents.
Service ownership
- Be the service owner for all network services in Sweden.
- Ensure clear service descriptions, delivery model, and responsibilities.
- Drive improvements together with technology, sales, and delivery.
