Overview of the role
You will:
- create value for our customers as a consultant in Modern Workplace assignments
- support implementation and delivery in ongoing projects
- develop by working closely with senior decision-makers in more complex delivery situations
The role is not a full-time "shadow" position, but it does include a clear development dimension where you will gradually learn more about decisions, priorities, and how work is carried out in practice.

Experience and knowledge (basic requirements):
- Experience in Microsoft 365, e.g.:
- SharePoint
- Teams
- Planner
- Copilot (or a clear interest in working with it)
- Basic understanding of how projects work
- Familiarity with agile working methods
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Comfortable working both independently and with others
Formal training or certification is not required.
What you will be working with:
Delivery (main part of the role)
- Create value for our customers as a consultant in Modern Workplace, e.g.:
- SharePoint
- Teams
- Microsoft 365
- Copilot and AI support in M365
- Work on customer projects involving:
- implementation
- adaptation
- improvement of working methods
- Communicate with customers and understand their needs
Development & execution support (part of the role)
- Support implementation in more complex projects
- Translate direction and decisions into concrete action
- Learn how priorities, trade-offs, and decisions are made in practice
- Gradually take on more responsibility as you develop
This is not a project management role, but you will work closely with projects and gain a good understanding of how delivery, collaboration, and decision-making are interlinked.
