When we first got in touch with Dr Denim, they were in the midst of an urgent problem with server failure. Their IT partner at the time was unavailable, and we were called in to help solve the problem. Since then, a lot has happened, and Goodfellows – now Upheads – has provided Dr Denim with an IT solution that is well suited to the company's needs.

Since we started working together, we have worked to secure Dr Denim's operations. Among other things, we have moved from a local server to a cluster of virtual servers, and there is now a clear structure for how backups are handled, with all data mirrored in a cloud solution.
