Surveys show that the majority of those who have worked remotely will continue to do so after the pandemic, but may consider going to the workplace a few days a week, using a so-called hybrid workplace.

With new ways of working, we meet new needs that require new tools. One of the major challenges has been how we can best communicate with each other, the commitment and wellbeing of our employees.

As a step towards this, Microsoft has launched Microsoft Viva - an Employee Experience Platform (EXP). Viva is fully integrated with the productivity and collaboration features found in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. One of the modules in Viva is Connections, which gives you access to the intranet directly in Teams and much more. Robert and Per tell us more in the video.
