Offering a a customer portal with resources and guides is nothing new, but we would argue that our customer portal provides an added value that is unique in its kind with accessone to apps, automated flows and templates developed by us or together with our customers.

Do we give away our customers' apps? Yes and no. These are functions and flows that we see that virtually all companies need, so instead of reinventing the wheel every time a customer requests a solution that we have already developed, we make it available to everyone in the customer portal.developed, we make it available to everyone in the customer portal. If you want to take the generic app or perhaps customize it based on your specific conditions, it is perfectly possible.

Whole company training portal

The training portal is another important part of our customer portal, here you will find guides and videos from both us at Upheads and from Microsoft. Microsoft has built an automated solution to continuously replenish the material they produce. As you can opt out of topics that do not interest you, make your own playlists or sort by difficulty level, it becomes a training portal for the entire company.

The portal can also be copied to your organization to add your own material and have everything in one place. This could be instructional videos for your other systems, onboarding packages for new employees and guidance through specific processes.
