We welcome Simon Ohnback to Upheads!
It is with great pleasure that we welcome Simon Ohnback to our Customer Experience Team!
Simon completed his IT training as a support specialist in 2018. With almost five years of service desk experience, a stint as an IT consultant and experience in networking, Simon is a valuable asset to our team. His interest in cybersecurity has grown over the past three years, leading him down that path both technically and bureaucratically. At Upheads, Simon will focus on network and local cybersecurity.

In his spare time, Simon is a handy person who likes to get involved in various projects, a hobby that dates back to his time in the construction program in high school. He also has a great interest in the game Kill Team, which he likes to play with family and friends.
One unique aspect Simon brings to Upheads is his IT mascot, Herman the guinea pig. Herman represents the philosophy that when navigating the internet and encountering suspicious elements, it is important to act with the courage of the guinea pig rather than the lion. This message underlines the importance of caution and awareness in the digital world.
