The past year, like all years since we started in 2013, has been filled with exciting work with what we like and believe in the most - cloud services. We have had a continued successful collaboration with our main partner Microsoft. Fhe focus has been to deliver successful customer solutions based on their cloud services. with Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform at the forefront. Solutions that have helped our customers maximize their productivity, security and competitiveness.

New Microsoft services that simplify life at work

Pandemin, which we have been living with for almost two years, has fundamentally changed our working life. The new normal is a hybrid working life where we work both in the office and at home. We are convinced that ittake shift is here to stay and if it is to it to work well, we need to work in new ways. There will be Microsoft Viva, Microsoft's new employee platform, comes into play.. It gives you the support you need in the hybrid workplace of the future and a range of smart tools to keep all employees happy and healthy at work..

Another exciting service, which is not new this year but has seen a huge increase in interest from our customers is Microsoft Power platform. It is a flexible and effective collaboration tool that improves the ability to drive innovation and deepen collaboration in the workplace. With this powerful platform in your team, you can easily analyze data, builda solutions, automate processes and much more. And the the service becomes even better with others. Simply connect it to Office 365, Azure and hundreds of other apps to create complete business solutions for your company.

Several new improvements for our customers

During the year, we at WeSafe have introduced several improvements that make life easier for you as a customer. One of our major driving forces is, and has always been, to deliver the most efficient and user-friendly customer support possible. Therefore, we have launched a new and better cloud-based license portal for our customers. It gives you a complete overview of everything related to your company's Microsoft licenses. The license portal allows you to manage many aspects of your user licenses yourself, without depending on our opening hours. Do you need support? Then you can still get help from our staff, but also get efficient help from our new digital assistant at your convenience.

In addition to improving customer service with better support processes, we have reorganized and introduced a new business system. And not to forget - we have launched a new website. A cleaner, more modern and more functional site that makes it easy and clear for you as a visitor to find what you are looking for.

At the risk of upsetting some of our customers further north, where the heart may not beat as hard for Di Blåe, we have also joined Malmö FF's corporate network during the year. As the club's supplier of IT services, it feels great to have further deepened the cooperation. 

Honorary awards that give us energy for the future

The biggest thing is that we won Microsoft's partner award The Modern Workplace for SMB Awardboth in Sweden and internationally, in competition with 64,000 other Microsoft partners worldwide.. For us, who live and breathe Microsoft's cloud services 24/7, there are few things that are more impressive than being named Partner of the Year by Microsoft itself..

Other highlights include being named a Gazelle for the fourth year in a row and one of Sweden's 630 Super Companies. Both these awards are about achieving increased turnover and healthy finances over a long period of time, and that we have been able to demonstrate stability and a long-term approach to business.

Receiving these awards is a great recognition that means a lot, both for the company and our employees. We have won these awards together and we would like to thank them for their hard work. Their commitment, and the way they are always there for each other and our customers through thick and thin, is impressive.

We would also like to thank our fantastic customers. You have a large part in our awards and that we are here today. The fact that you once dared to invest in a new entrant without references took courage. We are grateful that you trusted us then - and that you still believe in us today.
