Updated prices and services as of July 2026
To ensure we can continue to provide stable, secure, and modern IT services, Upheads will implement an annual price update for certain parts of our service offering starting in July 2026.
This update covers selected subscription services, service pricing, and certain Microsoft-related services, and is subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Microsoft is updating its prices
Microsoft regularly updates prices for parts of its licensing portfolio. Starting in July 2026, certain Microsoft licenses will have their prices adjusted according to Microsoft’s current price list. Customers with annual licenses will not be affected until their next contract renewal after July 1, 2026. The price changes are based on Microsoft’s decision and affect only the licenses covered by the update.
The following licenses are included in the Microsoft price update:
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium
- Microsoft 365 E3
- Microsoft 365 E5
- Office 365 E1
- Office 365 E3
- Microsoft 365 F1 (Frontline)
- Microsoft 365 F3 (Frontline)

The update includes selected managed services, service pricing, and certain Microsoft-related services, and will be implemented in accordance with applicable agreements and terms.
Microsoft price adjustments effective July 2026
Microsoft regularly updates pricing for parts of its licensing portfolio. Starting in July 2026, certain Microsoft licenses will have adjusted prices in accordance with Microsoft’s current price list.
Customers with annual subscriptions will not be affected until their next renewal date, which occurs after July 1, 2026.
These price changes are based on Microsoft’s pricing decisions and apply only to the licenses included in the update.
