Information on price adjustments and invoicing!

Dear customer,

We would like to inform you that a price adjustment will be implemented from July. This adjustment will be of 2-4% on parts of our service offer. We strive to constantly improve the quality of the services we offer and appreciate your continued support and understanding.

We would also like to inform you that we are now changing our billing procedures for Microsoft 365 licenses. Previously, you have been invoiced from the start date of the service and one month ahead, which has led to the products invoiced having consumption in two different months. Going forward, we will invoice from the beginning of the month to the end of the month in advance.

Non-recurring costs are costs related to changes made after the previous invoice. This invoice covers the whole of July, as well as the days in June that were not invoiced in the previous invoice (the days relating to June are non-recurring).

The change will also mean that you will receive a specification of your licenses with product, number and period directly on the invoice.
