Head of Finance
Aida Dervisevic has more than 20 years of experience in economics and finance from international operations. She has a broad background in areas such as accounting, management accounting, business management, and financial leadership.
As Head of Finance at Upheads, Aida will work to develop our financial processes and support the business with analyses and insights. She is passionate about creating structure, developing teams, and building strong partnerships between finance and the business.
Outside of work, Aida is a mother of three, and she spends a good deal of her free time at the soccer field. When she has some spare time, she likes to unwind with a good video game or a really good movie. She describes herself as something of a video game and movie geek.

IT Technician
Max is originally from Laholm in Halland and began his career in communications and sales. IT, however, quickly became an increasingly important part of his daily life. With a father who was an IT technician, he had the opportunity early on to participate in major IT projects. Even at the workplaces where he ended up, he often became the one who took on the role of “the IT guy.”
Since then, Max has both run his own business and worked at other companies. He describes himself as a curious person who enjoys learning more about both people and technology.
In his free time, Max enjoys building and testing things in his home lab—his own IT environment where he can experiment with servers, networks, and software. When he’s not doing that, he likes to play table tennis, explore new places, or spend time with his fiancée.

Cloud Advisor, Customer Experience
Mentor has started as a Cloud Advisor on our Customer Experience team in Helsingborg. He has lived in the city for four years and actually ended up there because of love.
Before making the switch to IT, Mentor worked in sales for several years, but his interest in computers goes back much further than that. When he was younger, he often saw his brother working on computers, and eventually they even started building computers together. That was the beginning of an interest that later led him to pursue a career in IT security.
Mentor is now looking forward to starting his IT career at Upheads, learning from his colleagues, and continuing to grow in the field.
In his free time, he spends a lot of time with his wife and daughter and enjoys working out, both at the gym and on the soccer field. Soccer has been a big part of his life, even though a cruciate ligament surgery has put his playing on hold for now. When it’s time to watch soccer from the couch, however, there’s no question which team he roots for—Liverpool!

Cloud Advisor, Customer Experience
Robert Tafa has joined our Customer Experience team as a Cloud Advisor. He is a trained Technical Operations Specialist and has a keen interest in IT, technology, and, above all, problem-solving.
What Robert appreciates most about working in IT is the opportunity to help others. He describes himself as positive, sociable, and solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating, solving problems, and constantly learning new things.
Outside of work, he enjoys soccer and spending time with family and friends. Robert also has a somewhat unusual interest: perfumes. He describes himself as something of a perfume nerd and enjoys both discovering and collecting different scents.
He is now looking forward to getting to know his new colleagues and continuing to grow alongside the team at Upheads.
