With fresh perspectives, strong drive, and a deep commitment, we’re thrilled to welcome two new colleagues to Upheads. Get to know Nathalie and Ali a little better below!
Nathalie is taking on the role of Billing Manager, while Ali is joining our Customer Experience team as a Cloud Advisor.

We are delighted to welcome Nathalie to Upheads!
She is 34 years old and lives in Malmö with her husband and two children. She has a background in accounting, but is driven above all by a strong desire to help people. She is also committed to continuous personal and professional development. She has previously worked with clients, suppliers, and accounting. Now she looks forward to deepening her knowledge and continuing to grow with us.
In her free time, her family is her top priority—she spends plenty of time playing and having fun with the kids, but also enjoys spending time with friends. Trips to the Balkans are especially close to her heart, where family, relatives, and the chance to help others go hand in hand.
A little fun fact? She has a long history in martial arts, having trained and competed for over 20 years. She’s even earned her second black belt!
We warmly welcome Ali to Upheads!
Ali is 26 years old and lives in Helsingborg. He most recently served as a store team leader and a traffic and operations manager. In those roles, he worked on planning, prioritization, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, often at a fast pace.
He brings a structured approach to work, strong communication skills, and a clear focus on problem-solving to the IT industry. He has a keen interest in technology and has pursued both formal education and self-directed learning. Today, he continues to expand his knowledge through certifications, with a particular focus on IT support and cloud services.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping up with the latest technology, and challenging himself by learning new skills. Setting goals and constantly growing is a natural part of his daily life.
We’re really excited to have both of them on board and look forward to all they’ll contribute going forward.
