Beatrice has worked in IT for many years and in several roles. Her journey began as a service desk agent, with a keen interest in processes, improving services and delivering high quality service to the customer. According to Beatrice, a process or workflow can always be improved no matter how well it works now.

When Beatrice is not at work, she loves spending time with her family. She also likes to go for long walks with a good audiobook or podcast in her ears, you can ask her which audiobooks and podcasts she likes :)
