A warm welcome to Albulena!
We are delighted to welcome Albulena to Team Customer Experience. With her positive energy and desire to develop within IT, she is already a valued member of the team.
She is 32 years old and lives in Helsingborg with her family. Her free time is filled with a wonderful pace of children's activities, time with friends and family, and spontaneous nights out when the opportunity arises. Travel and good food are also high on the list of things that make everyday life sparkle.

After about twelve years as a dental nurse, she felt it was time for something new. This led to further education in IT operations and her first role in the industry. During her studies, she also developed an interest in IT security, something she is now looking forward to delving deeper into with us.
We are delighted to have Albulena on board and warmly welcome her to Upheads!
