All I want for Christmas is... stable IT
When working with IT, it is easy to get caught up in technology, solutions, and systems. However, when we summarize the past year at Upheads Sweden, it is not the systems, platforms, or projects that take center stage, but rather the people, collaborations, and trust.
2025 has been a year of significant change, sometimes rapid, sometimes deliberate. Almost everything we have done has had the same starting point: to create stability, security, and long-term value for the customers who entrust us with their business.

We have grown, both in number and expertise
During the year, we have grown, both in terms of numbers and expertise. By merging with Future IT Partner in Helsingborg, we strengthened our expertise and presence in Skåne, while also broadening our ability to support customers throughout the region. In November, we took the next step when Goodfellows in Gothenburg became part of Upheads, giving us additional cutting-edge expertise and a stronger geographical presence.
In parallel with this, we have implemented internal organizational changes to clarify responsibilities and better equip ourselves to serve our customers in an increasingly complex IT environment.
More modern platforms and higher security
With Future, we have also been able to offer operations in our own data center. During the year, the data center underwent a complete tech refresh. For our customers, this means more modern platforms, higher availability, improved security, and a stable foundation for future requirements.
We have also launched new services, not for the sake of it, but in response to real needs. Secure IT management for companies that need to manage requirements such as NIS2, and new network services with round-the-clock monitoring for businesses where availability and security are critical to their operations. All with the same ambition: to take responsibility for the whole, not just the delivery.
Proof of long-term trust
We do not view the fact that we received the UC Nordic Growth Company award during the year, for which only five percent of companies qualify, as a feather in our cap, but rather as a sign of trust. Trust from customers who choose to work with us on a long-term basis and from colleagues who take responsibility in their daily work.
So this isn't really an annual letter about us.
It's a thank you.
To customers who involve us in their most important issues.
To colleagues who get the job done, even when it's complex.
And to partners who share our long-term perspective.
We are entering the new year with humility, curiosity, and a clear ambition: to continue creating meaningful IT, together.
