Who are you?
Competences
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Defender
- Good understanding of on-prem data centers, virtualization, RDS and networking
- Ability to see the big picture and design scalable, clear solutions
- Strong communication skills - oral and written
- Accustomed to prioritizing, planning and managing multiple deals simultaneously
- Experience as a consultant is an advantage

In the role of IT strategist, you will be a key player in early customer dialogues, where you will guide customers in the right direction, challenge their current situation, and design solutions that both work technically and create real business value.
About the roles

Then you could be the IT strategist we are looking for to join our presales team at Upheads. Here, you will work closely with sales, consultants, and customers. You will also be the brains behind solutions that not only work technically, but also create business value and a better customer journey.
Solution architecture
- Mapping the client's environment, challenges and goals
- Be part of designing solutions in M365, Azure, Intune, security, network and data center
- Identify synergies between customer needs and Uphead service packages
- Challenge the customer's current situation and propose smarter, scalable alternatives
Advice & Customer Dialogue
- Be the technical advisor in the sales process
- Translating technology to business - and business to technology
- Building trust and guidance without being a "salesman", but still helping to close deals
Documentation & clarity
- Developing solution proposals, architectural documentation and project plans
- Present solutions and added value in an educational way
Process & cooperation
- Work closely with sales to drive business and increase conversion rates
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery
- Prioritizing and balancing the pipeline
- Support sales strategically in customer work and business development
