About the roles
As a Project Manager in Team Delivery, you are the hub of our handovers and onboardings. You are responsible for creating structure, order and progress throughout the process, from the first customer dialog, through planning and coordination, to handover into implementation.
You work closely with salespeople, consultants and technical specialists, ensuring that all the pieces of the puzzle are in place. You lead meetings, capture needs, coordinate resources and create documentation that makes it clear what needs to be done, when and by whom.
In short: you make it easy for both customer and team to succeed.

Project management & coordination
- Managing projects from needs analysis to handover
- Keeping schedules, resources and deliverables together
- Ensure clear communication internally and externally

Customer dialog & documentation
- Participate in meetings and capture needs and expectations
- Compiling meetings, requirements, project plans and solution proposals
- Creating a foundation that provides confidence for implementation

Onboarding & quality assurance
- Drive the customer onboarding process
- Coordinate with sales, consultants and specialists
- Ensure a stable and well-structured start for the customer

Process development
- Contribute to the development of working methods, procedures and cooperation models
- Identify improvements to make the customer journey even smoother
