About the role
As an IT technician with us, you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering the technical projects we sell to our customers—from the moment the project is awarded until it’s completed and the customer is satisfied. You’re not just the one who solves technical problems; you’re also the one who communicates with the customer, understands what they actually need, and ensures that what we deliver makes a difference in their daily lives.
You’ll be part of a team where we support one another, share knowledge, and foster an open and inclusive environment. At the same time, you’ll be expected to drive your own work forward and take responsibility for your deliverables without needing to be micromanaged. You’ll spend most of your time working closely with the Delivery Team.
We are looking for people who
- You have experience with technical work in IT operations—whether you’re just a few years into your career or have been in the field longer, your communication skills and customer focus are just as important as the number of years you’ve spent in the profession
- Enjoys interacting with customers and can explain technical issues in a way that customers can actually understand
- Is self-motivated and confident in driving their own projects and deliverables forward
- I am organized and used to juggling multiple tasks at once
- Sees solutions rather than problems and takes responsibility all the way through
- Has a Class B driver's license
What will you be allowed to do?
- Manage and be responsible for the delivery of sold technical customer projects, from start to finish
- Plan and coordinate the various parts of the project so that the final product is delivered on time and meets the required quality standards
- Serve as the customer's technical point of contact and build long-term relationships
- Work closely with the Delivery Team as well as other IT technicians and specialist teams
- Help ensure that the IT solutions we deliver actually make a difference for the customer
