We are currently looking for someone who can complement our expertise in digital transformation—someone who can engage in dialogue with clients, drive solutions forward, and translate needs into functional structures and technology.

About the roles
This is a role for someone who wants to take on significant responsibility while helping to shape how we work going forward. You’ll work closely with our customers to help them realize the true value of their investments in Microsoft 365. The role is broad and combines strategic consulting, solution design, and implementation, while also leading workshops and driving customer dialogue throughout the entire process.
You're the one who sees the big picture, from business needs to technical solutions.
For us, digital transformation isn't about the tools themselves, but about creating structure, value, and direction in our clients' work processes.
What will you be doing?
- Lead workshops and facilitate customer dialogs on digital transformation
- Design solutions within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform)
- Work on information architecture, governance, and security
- Support customers with AI/Copilot and automation
- Serve as a consultant on digital roadmaps and transformation
- Build solutions that stand the test of time, not just quick fixes
We believe that you
- Has experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform)
- Is confident in communicating with customers and can identify their needs
- Understands structure, governance, and information management
- Has experience with workshops, consulting, or project management
It's a plus if you have:

- Experience with Copilot, AI, or automation
- Experience working with intranets, management systems, or business development
- Understanding Integrations and Data Flows
