Areas of expertise
AI and Generative AI
- Good understanding of AI and generative AI solutions and how they can be used in business
- Understanding RAG-based applications (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- Experience with or knowledge of Azure AI Foundry
- Understanding of agent-based services, as well as concepts such as MCP and A2A
- Knowledge of AI security, Responsible AI, and AI guardrails
Application development
- Experience with React
- Good programming skills in Python and/or Java
- Experience with APIs and JSON-based integrations
- Ability to develop and further develop AI-based applications
Azure and cloud services
- Experience with Azure services related to AI and application development
- Understanding how multiple Azure services work together in a solution architecture
- Experience in, for example:
- Azure AI Services
- Azure OpenAI
- App Services
- Azure Functions
The following certifications are considered a plus:
- Microsoft AI
- Microsoft Data
