We are looking for people who:
- Possesses a combination of technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and a habit of going the extra mile in every customer interaction.
- You have a background in IT and practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. We consider it an advantage if you also have experience with Windows Server and Client, Hyper-V, and network solutions.
- You have social skills that make you responsive and trustworthy, which helps you build good relationships with both customers and colleagues.

What will you be allowed to do?
- In the role of IT Technician at Upheads, you are our customers' IT expert and close advisor who drives your customers forward.
- You regularly meet your customers at their premises, carry out complex troubleshooting and lead projects to improve your customers' IT environment.
- You will work with a number of our client companies and your task will be to provide the best possible IT solutions to support their continued growth journey.
- You will become part of our team and will have both senior and junior colleagues with whom you will collaborate, learn from, and develop together.
