How we build a secure and scalable IT environment for Nimblr

As Nimblr developed, the need arose for a stable IT partner who could provide support both in day-to-day operations and in the development of a modern and secure work platform. For Nimblr, which works with IT security itself, it was crucial to collaborate with a partner that meets high standards of structure, quality, and security. Challenges and needs

When Nimblr contacted us, they were facing two clear challenges. The first was that the company lacked an external IT partner. The IT environment was run internally while the business was growing rapidly, which made it difficult to keep up with both the operation, security, and development of the platform.

The second challenge was a planned platform change from Google Workspace and Slack to Microsoft 365. Since many of Nimblr's customers work in the Microsoft environment, they wanted to harmonize their own way of working with the same platform. To carry out the migration safely and efficiently, they needed a partner with the right expertise.

Among other things, we have migrated from Google Workspace and Slack to Microsoft 365 and trained their employees in how to use the platform's tools effectively in their daily work. Through our service Upheads Evergreen service, we ensure a high level of IT security through continuous monitoring, alarm and incident management, and ongoing security improvements.

We also supply hardware to Nimblr's employees across Europe via our web shop and offer free access to support, which means their team can get help quickly when needed. The result is a stable and future-proof IT environment where their internal resources are relieved, technical debt is minimized, and the management of equipment and workplaces is simplified through centralized purchasing and installation flows.
