What does our AI training involve?
The AI training is the final phase of our AI journey, which consists of three main parts:
- AI scanning: To start with, we analyze your operations to identify work steps that can be streamlined. We also analyze data sets for better decision-making.
- Workshop: This builds on the results of the scan and develops a tailored action plan with practical examples from areas such as finance, marketing and decision-making.
- Training: Finally, we want to ensure that your team has the practical skills to implement the action plan. Then, we apply AI to your business using a pilot case as a basis.
What is included in AI training?
- Introduction to the AI journey and action plan
We start with an overview of your previous steps - AI scanning and workshop - and explain how we will turn the insights into action.
- Pilot case - Starting point for practical application
The training is based on a pilot case from your business that we develop during the workshop. In turn, this concretizes how you can use AI solutions in your business.
- Basic AI moments
We'll cover how to use AI tools, including how to write effective prompts for AI models and integrate AI into your daily workflows.
- AI tools specific to your business
Based on the insights from the scan and workshop, we train your team on the AI tools that best suit your business. For example, handling repetitive tasks, data analysis, or AI support for decision-making and strategic advice.
- Implementation of pilot cases and follow-up
During the training, we implement the pilot case to ensure that the solutions work and provide concrete improvements. That is, including adding licenses, writing prompts and creating personas to use for strategic advice.
