To succeed, we are looking for a Head of Finance who thrives in the borderland between strategic leadership, commercial drive, and operational control.
About the role
The position is part of the senior management team at Upheads AB – a central role with direct influence on direction, growth, and profitability. You will be a key player in Upheads' venture in Sweden and in a group that is developing rapidly and investing for the future.
You will be a strategic partner to the CEO in Sweden, the Group CFO, and the owners. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine operational responsibility and control with strategic work in a company with high ambitions and a clear growth agenda. You will report operationally to the CEO in Sweden and will also have clear departmental responsibility to the Group CFO.

Responsibilities and duties
- Overall responsibility for the company's finance function, including consolidation and financial reporting to management and owners
- Personnel responsibility for the finance department, which currently consists of four permanent employees in accounting, invoicing, and payroll
- Actively drive and contribute to acquisition processes, including due diligence, integration of new companies, and realization of synergies
- Establish, monitor, and further develop relevant KPIs and forecasting models
Experience and education
- Academic degree in economics, finance, or business administration, preferably at the master's level
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, for example in auditing, financial or strategic consulting, or business controlling
- Expertise in accounting
- Very good knowledge of Excel and experience with Power BI or equivalent analysis and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
