Technical skills
Power Apps (Canvas)
- Experience developing canvas apps with SharePoint as the data source (lists and libraries).
- Ability to implement simple integrations with other systems.
- Strong expertise in Power FX and ability to structure logic in an efficient and scalable manner.
- Experience working with complex controls, forms, and views, as well as a clear UI/UX mindset.
- Ability to handle more advanced configuration, such as JSON structures and components.
Data sources, integrations, and security
- Understanding how Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources are used and optimized in solutions.
- Experience in designing solutions that take into account performance, safety, life cycle management, and future maintenance.
- Basic safety awareness and ability to plan for safe and sustainable solutions.
Power Automat
- Experience building advanced flows in Power Automate.
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft 365 and Azure connectors.
- Experience with scheduled flows, process automation, and system integrations.
Power BI / Fabric
- Ability to create reports and visualizations in Power BI Desktop.
- Experience setting up workspaces and structuring content in Fabric.
Working methods and experience
- Ability to take a requirement all the way from requirement → data model → solution design → development → documentation.
- Accustomed to working in a structured manner and delivering high-quality, stable, and long-term sustainable solutions.
- Experience of handover and documentation, as well as familiarizing yourself with and further developing existing solutions.
- Good teamwork skills and experience working with other developers, operations, and project managers.
Meritorious
- Understanding changes in Microsoft 365 that affect Power Platform solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID.
